　目前，尽管在职研究生取消了报考年龄限制，但是博士教育是有年龄限制的，而在职博士也是如此。一般招生院校规定，在职博士考生的年龄不能超过45周岁，因此，大家想要就读在职博士，还是要抓紧时间报考的。

　　不过，现在也有部分院校取消了博士生的年龄限制，比如武汉大学从2014年起计划在招生博士生的时候，就取消报考年龄限制。但目前******这样规定的院校还是少的，因此，大家在报考前还是要详细咨询招生院校，以确定自己是否符合招生条件。

　　当然，即使过了45周岁，对于在某些领域中做出突出贡献的杰出人才来讲，即使超过45周岁，仍然有接受在职博士教育的可能。
